2. I will start off by saying that the hotel staff was very pleasant and prompt with check-in, and housekeeping brought us extra towels and shampoo within ten minutes of calling the front desk and asking for extra.

3. I explained I had no cards as they weren't replaced and was told to wait while he took down the order(i found his tone some what rude) the front desk staff was pleasant i found no problems there.
