1. I'm sorry to say it, but we didn't get a clean, comfortable room until our third try; we had to request new rooms two times due to mold on the bathroom ceiling, missing remote, faulty heater/AC, excrement on the toilet seat, etc.

4. Though the partial renovation provided niceties like granite vanity top, new sink, fresh paint, and such, the shower was FILTHY (though covered up by a new shower curtain) and the grout unbelivably stained/missing/dirty.
