1. Told them we did not want our room to be cleaned(had shopped at outlet malls and didn't want someone to steal our stuff) but someone entered our room anyways(we rigged the door after the poor service we got at reception).

3. The rooms are outdated, but it was clean (no bed bugs, I check everywhere) and fairly large.

4. Now for the gross stuff - and I am going to be very blunt here, but first I will set this up chronologically: The cleaning lady knocks like a weak kitten, and we never heard her the whole 6 days we were there.

7. So one week they came to clean my room with a 1950's vacuum that must of came with the hotel when it was purchased.
