1. The hotel had very nice and helpful staff; very clean; the location was off the main street so we didn't feel like we were in the middle of a busy intersection.

4. Little things like a functional clock in the fitness room, spotted carpets in the hall, a working printer in the business center all need to be looked at with more carefully, for our convenience.

9. I also would have like to have a fridge in the room since I had small children and it is sometimes necessary to have cold drinks that are not soda.
