1. Location is convenient, while not a new property the property is maintained to a 'like new' feel, the free breakfast is more than adequate to start a busy day, and the prices are ultra reasonable for Greater New Orleans.

3. I don't understand the negative posts - the hotel is clean, the staff is helpful, the rates are reasonable, the neighborhood seemed safe, parking was free, all the rooms have a fridge and microwave, and we had no problems of any kind with our stay.

4. This hotel is only 10 minutes from anything and everything in New Orleans, but Metairie is a much safer place, plus the parking is plentiful and free.
