1. The main lobby was clean and modern and on checking in the staff upgraded us to a king size room to 'give us more room' (we were two sisters sharing) which was a nice gesture.

3. Room was clean a little bit 'worn' , and far too hot at night, with no heater control, but was quiet , thick old walls, no noise from the street or other rooms.

7. -the towels in the bathrooms were so small that you needed to use two after the shower-in the rooms they never clean the floor (there is moquette) and just change the sheets-in the bathroom they never cleaned except the floor: I left empty bottle of shower gel near the shower,empty tubes of face cream and they were there for five days.

8. Other pluses are the free wifi, good service, minibar (pricey, but nice to have), very clean room with comfortable king bed.
