Blackout curtains worked wonders despite there being a wall of windows, not all hotels have good curtains to keep the little ones from deciding that it's 6:30 and they should be up :-) Laundry is free on each floor but you would not want to have a room next to the screeching machine on the third floor.

7. Very shortly we received a call back from Nick, the manager, and he was very gracious and apologetic, and he generously offered my husband and I free breakfast buffetts for our last two days at the resort.
