4. We change clothes and decide we will just have to make the best of it and we go to the bar to partake in the open bar happy hour where we learn it isnt exactly 'open bar' you are only able to get a 6oz mixed drink with rail vodka or rail rum.

5. Other than that one fluke, the Hotel Chelsea is the best place to stay in South beach and is a bargain.
