5. We had a complimentary breakfast in the deal but the hotel tried charging for this but took off the bill when challenged, also we had free wi-fi but did not get it.

7. We were very dissapointed that there wasn't free WiFi in the room, for the price of the room it really should be included but it was free in the lobby however but not convenient and the price in the room was ridiculous.

8. It is only free in the lobby of the hotel, I found the way in which the ad is written that it is free everywhere, even in the rooms.
