1. Upon arriving at the hotel we asked for a room on an upper floor with a view of the city and Lindsay (I believe that was her name) was more than happy to accomodate us.

5. Later I realized I needed something out of my car and when I called to ask if I could go to my car he said, 'Sure, you can, but if you need something out of it I will be happy to go get it and bring it to your room.

LOVED: hotel decor, rain shower, eco friendliness, free wine happy hours, refreshing juice in the afternoon in the lobby, free car service within a five mile radius, comfy bed and great turn down service, knowledgeable concierge, nice gym, electronic notification for housekeeping and do not disturb, shampoos and soaps provided by the hotel were awesome.
