5. The condos are beautiful - most of them with sunset views, the service is as good if not better than the five star hotels that surround the villas and the beach is perfect - as well as the staff that works the beach.

6. It ends up cheaperthan "club" level at the Four Seasons or Grand Wailea and as you sit around thedinner table at night after a long day, you can look down on both of those resortsand know you made a good decision.
