3. When I asked to change rooms to the other side of the building, they were happy to accommodate me, but it's a circular building (so there isn't a quiet side) and my room then overlooked the off ramp.

4. Hotel staff was fine (we had requested adjoining rooms, which weren't available or existent, and were assigned adjacent rooms, which we were happy with), highway noise (from the 6th floor) was not noticeable.

6. The outside of the building needs to be updated, but we were happy with the modern appearance on the inside.
