1. My room had personal items removed so 'they could clean' even though we had late check out prearranged and a do not disturb sign on the door.

9. The worst thing: a very musty smell throughout the corridors and the room (perhaps related to the leaky roof?) which was made much worse by turning on the air conditioning system - it's like they've never cleaned or changed the filter.
