e and not relevant because La Quinta was just a franchise so whatever reply I got from the website would not apply to all hotels.

I contacted all of the hotels we had reserved and for the La Quinta I had emailed via the website to advise the situation and to ask if I needed to provide the new card number and had an email
respons
e which stated no payment was taken at the time of booking so this was not necessary.

The manager was inititally fairly unhelpful stating 'it isnt my
respons
ibility to manage your credit cards properly' and when I asked why no one had phoned me he re-iterated that policy is to email when an international number is given.

e, which thanked them and advised that I would ask my shipper to TRY for a Wednesday delivery, (the day of arrival) as their excuse for refusing my packages, when they arrived the day before.
