1. They have extra touches that make it really nice, delicious chocolate chip cookies in the room on arrival, cozy bathrobes, Starbucks coffee (and tea) in the morning, room service from the restaurant at El Gaucho and the food is amazing.

3. Yes, there are stairs and after a long day of walking it's not the most exciting thing to face, but it was all made better when the friendly staff greeted us and we knew we were only steps from our comfortable, cozy room.
