7. The room itself was spotlessly clean, the beds very comfortable, the robes a delight (as were the linens and towels), and the bathroom amenties (always a gauge of a hotel's real devotion to hospitality) brought a welcome smile.

10. And why don't hotels put a small coat closet next to the front door (instead of one large closet in the bedroom)?A couple nice touches included drapery clips to keep the light out in the morning, and welcome kit that includes a bed spread spray, ear plugs, etc.
