1. The people who worked here were very nice and I kept thinking to myself, 'We're in a bad economy; hopefully you'll find a nicer place to work when the economy is better.

5. The front desk person really did try to make us feel better by giving us a discounted rate and room upgrade for the return overnight stay, and she truly did make us feel better somehow without apologizing.

6. This is an old building that should be ripped down so they can build something better for the people trying to find a decent place to stay close to seatac.
