1. When we got into our room it was very dirty and the pull out sofa had dirty sheets with hair all inside the bed and a HUGE PEE stain on the mattress.

2. With a big family I prefer the sink & vanity out of the bathroom but that was certianly not a deal breakerThe Breakfast room is tiny as someone mentioned but the huge selection of food more than made up for it -and REAL, MADE BY YOU waffles.
