1. only stayed one night instead of two because of illness and hotel was not helpful in a refund for second night and would not tell me how to go about getting a refund.

7. I was offered help with my bags but I refused thinking that the desk was very close & after that I got a room keys & I was very impressed with the size and quality of the bathroom and the fact that I was on the 3rd floor.
