1. Overall good experience on well located boutique hotel with suite accommodation, very suitable for couples or small family of 3 like us.

2. The lobby is very small and like the room it's decor is best described as traditional.

3. The suite, consisting of a good size bedroom and a smaller 'living room', were adequate although the 'living room', which like the bedroom had a flat screen TV ,had a couch that was a pull out bed and not the most comfortable to sit on while watching TV.

4. We usually do not use the breakfast as we have found, like other reviewers, the service is not friendly and we prefer to cross the street and have a quick bite there with great coffee and variety of food.

5. For the money and the location, I haven't found a situation like this in New York (and we come twice a year and have tried many places).

6. We had a two bed suite which turns out to be a great deal, large bedroom with two large, very comfortable beds (they seemed like Queens, not doubles), reading chair and TV.

7. I have stayed here for years with my children and for us it is the perfect home away from home in a busy city like New York.

8. The bagels did not look like 'real' bagels -- which should be a crime in NY -- and some of the English muffins were stale.

9. -The bath towels are probably the smallest I've seen in a quality hotel, more like something you'd find in a motel.

10. I thought of giving four stars, but my responsibility is to the reader, not the hotel, and if other readers are like me, they go to the poorer reviews to find out what people *didn't* like.
