2. I prefer the 'double-queen' because the rooms are a little more spacious which is nice when you're travelling as a couple.

3. One particular fellow was a tad surly to guests (I watched his interaction over a few days while waiting for friends in the lobby) the others were very nice and extremely helpful.

5. We stayed on the 17th floor (room 1706) and it was nicely decorated, had a very nice bathroom, and there was a microwave and mini fridge as well.

6. From the outside, the hotel doesn't look super impressive, but once we were inside the hotel desk was very efficient, and the bellman were very nice and attentive in taking care of our bags until check in (4pm).
