Also two single room beds and a fold away sounded ok at the time for the 3 of us but we wernt over impressed mostly due to cost of hotel,went straight back down and asked if we could then swap to the one bed that we were offered before(staff happy to assist with requests) next room was on opp side to previous room,alot more light entering suite and it seemed bigger (room 2711) also this time we were like WOW Room was clean,spacious,modern with wifi bein a nice treat along with the two TVs :)Room service was fab along with the maze restaurant and London bar downstairs and was nicely priced,trendy and yummyStaff very friendly and made my friends30th birthday very special(did hint for a free upgrade to a vista suite but no joy-GRRRRR) One moan ok 2 but very small.

8. was not really happy with 1st room nothin to do with upkeep etc but it was on the street side I think and when we entered room was very shady.

I wasnt very happy with the view our room had as i was hoping for a view in the central park direction but when i went to the front desk about this the lady helping us was nice enough to take a walk with us and show us a few different rooms and the views they had to help us decide if we wanted to change rooms or not which was very helpful and appreciated.
