2. The receptionist was very nice taking care of everything and the hotel mailed us the cleaned clothes free of charge to Miami.

7. To summarize, nice hotel to stay because of the location, newly renovated, priceline user be careful (specifically if you need bed larger than full size), bed and pillow are the worst (bring your own pillow).

9. The rediciously small concierge lounge was open to anyone, not that I care but Gold status members and those paying extra for lounge access ultimately are getting ripped off.

10. (I never care about carrying my own luggage but when you pay their september rates of around 700 a night - you would think that you may get some help?) The small lobby is always filled with workers - not that they're actually helpful or do anything most of the time.
