1. Rooms are not huge, but fine for the city.

3. It's a pretty huge hotel and some of the services are at extra charge, so not the most personal experience but a really great base to explore NYC.

4. The safe was rather old fashioned with a key lock and attached to this was a HUGE keychain and card.

5. You are steps away from a subway entrance, right around the corner from the Empire State building (ASK for a room with a view, they'll upgrade you happily at no charge most likely) and super close to the huge Macy's.
