1. I've stayed at virtually every five star hotel in Chicago, and there is a reason why I routinely return to the Park Hyatt.

The only reason that I didn't clock 'service' 5/5 was that a simple tea order took 20 minutes for room service to deliver, and the only reason 'value' didn't get a 5/5 is that you'll always find slightly better value at an independent than a chain hotel, as they have to work harder to find customers.
