1. They let me use the wheel chair all weekend and everyone was soooo wonderful and helpful, I felt like a celebrity.

2. On this most recent trip, the bell hop helped me out of the cab and asked my name, then he must have called up to the front desk because when I got there, they knew my name and were ready with my key.
