3. After airports, renting a car (the hotel does not have any airport or park transportation), driving, entering the wrong entrance and listening to 3 very hungry and tired kids, the long check-in was not welcomed.

4. all new bedding/ towels/dust tables/vacuum/leave a welcome pack of Tide (3) dishwasher soap(3) paper towels /tissue / tpaper dish soap salt pepper so quite happy w/ the amount they leave.

7. When we arrived for our welcome tour, we were told we could leave our 7 year old son in the childcare centre.

There was also free wifi in the apartment that was easy to conect to and you could hire laptops from reception (no idea of cost as we had our netbook)There was a welcome pack with 2 packs of dishwasher tablets, 1 sachet of washing up liquid (would do 2 washes) and 2 laundry tablets, small bin bags, toilet paper, kitchen towels.
