4. Good and abundant friendly service, nice amenities like cold juice shots at check in and cords to borrow in case you need to charge your gadgets on the go.

9. As we are walking out of the hallway the man who checked us in came running up the stairs, we told him there is someone in the room, we got shushed like 'keep quiet so they can't hear us' and he also made us feel like somehow it was our fault.
