2. We ensured our windows were shut to cut out the noise but that meant there was no fresh air ciruclating as there was also no air control units in the room.

3. The breakfast is not included but at the corner of street there is a very good and cheap place to take an american breakfast: fresh muffins, donuts, bagels and coffee.

5. There is a delightful coffee shop just inside the hotel entrance with wonderful breakfast bagels, croissants, and fresh squeezed orange juice.

8. Pros:- Location was perfect within walking distance to many restaurants and attractions- Quiet- Wi-Fi access was easy to obtain- PriceCons: - Room was a bit small; bathroom was even smaller- The windows do not open and, as a personal preference, I tend to to crack the windows for some fresh air.
