1. Location, location, location : Few minutes walking distance to fishermans wharf, ROSS (If you need to buy new luggage), bicycle rental, (and other kind of rentals)2.

2. And worst for me was the outlet in the bathroom sparked and zapped my hair dryer (a relatively new $150 model.

3. The room was very clean, the TV was brand new, the linens were always fresh (even though we hung them up to be re-used), the bed was comfy, and the free Wifi was fairly fast (just remember that the code changes when the month does).

4. The building outside looks relatively new but the lobby, elevator, carpets and inside the room is kind of old.

7. We called and spoke to the manager and were told that all rooms were booked and that she would find us a new room the next morning and move us to the building that has easier access to their pool and gym.
