3. It turned out that a premium room had several benefits: a nice big popcorn tub with a welcome letter in it (personalized - which meant that the upgrade wasn't a last-minute thing) and plenty of snacks (microwave popcorn, fresh-baked cookies, packaged snacks).

8. Small pool Continental breakfast: hot/cold beverages (tea, coffee, milk, hot cocoa), fresh fruit (oranges, apples, bananas), cold/hot cereals, pastries (muffins, danish, bread) which is a plus for budget travelers.
