1. Then Enzo helped us with our luggage and parked the car (which they had parked right under our room for convenience).

2. The hotel is clean and friendly and safe a big plus, the staff have a good knowledge of the local area and LA itself, they will go out of there way to help the guest's, just please remember they are human.
