3. They just put in new mattresses while we were staying there, and were sprusing the place up even more with an outside paint job going on.

4. The motel is situated near Anaheim Garden Walk which is a new-ish shopping complex, but which also has several restaurants including The Cheesecake Factory (ate here, nice food, good service), Bubba Gumps (didn't eat here but always busy and we thought seemed expensive), PF Changs (ate here also, set menu for 2 was very reasonable and really really good) and Bar Louie (at the back near the cinema).

6. Our AC went out, but they were there an hour later and swapped it out for a brand new one.

7. From what I was told by the front desk later on when I stopped there to ask for directions, they just did some remodeling and got new beds.

8. Did I mention the shower head was only about a meter and a half high? He showed up quickly and had it repaired with a new knob.

9. We didn't really venture out at night, as we are two young girls in a new place, but when we came back from a day in the parks at 11pm, we never felt threatened.

10. It is somewhat outdated in appearance, but they have new linens and cherry/mahogany furniture to update with new countertops etc.
