2. The only reason why I didn't rate it excellent is because the carpets where extremely dirty , we couldn't tell exactly what the temerature on the AC was, and the tv's are old and work like old tv's.

5. Since this is an older property I imagine the wood flooring between floors has aged and warped to the point where it sounded like the burning city scene from Pirates of The Caribbean.
