1. The only exception was an area of floor tile in the corner by the shower that needed new caulking and cleaning (it had a small spot of mildew).

5. The walk wasnt bad either, except next time I will get the ART passes because hauling a 6 year old and a baby home after dark is no fun.

With the exception of Dylan (who was exceptionally friendly and helpful) and the woman I spoke to when we first arrived to see if our room was ready, the others were bordering on rude, a smile would probably be asking for far too much, and being made to feel like you were intruding and unwelcome when approaching the front desk is definitely not cool.
