1. The rooms are not fancy at all but you have all the required amenities including coffee-making facilities (the coffee in the room doesn't taste good though.

2. They neglected to tell us about the breakfast and so we missed it but they did fork over some left over doughnuts and danishes and some orange drink, it didn't taste like real orange juice.
