1. but if people are leaving positive reviews just to get a deal, how can I be sure they are being honest with their opinions? Overall, this place is fine if you're just going to be at Disneyland all day and don't care about nice hotel, but if you are planning on sleeping in (it's a bit noisy in the morning) or staying around all day.

2. until then I would probably have given this property another chance and requested a refurbished room, but the whole incentive thing I felt was a mite dishonest, as I had used TripAdvisor to read up on this hotel before I booked it directly, and was impressed with the 86% positive reviews.

4. After reading some of the reviews, I think some of the positive ones are by people who stayed at the Ramada Maingate (at the park).
