5. The good - the staff are very friendly and helpful, the library has a nice ambiance, the bed is very comfortable, our room was very quiet, the shower is strong and hot.

8. While my standard queen room was pretty small and tucked into a corner, it was comfortable, very clean, and had small nice touches, including Aveda products, free internet access, breakfast, and a great robe.
