1. We didn't complain about the carpets (its not like they could rennovate right then), but I tried to get something done about the bathrooms and they said they were as clean as they could get them.

3. The two bedroom/two bathroom groundfloor unit we occupied during Christmas 2006 was spacious enough for 3 adults and 2 children and full of amenities like a washer/dryer and full kitchen.

8. I would maybe like to stay near Kailua-Kona next time as we visited the palce quite often for snorkling, shopping, and dining.
