First, I agree with most of the reviewers this is:-- a genuinely great location with easy access to the Mall and White House-- a well appointed hotel, as you would expect from a nice Marriott (pretty standard rooms, well kept, not trendy design etc) A few tips: -- Parking in the same building is 28$ per day if you enter from the F street side between 13th and 14th -- The Federal Triangle Metro stop is also very close by and a good option -- I recommend a drink at the W roof top bar (the W and JW hotels are about 300 yards apart) and you can see the White House very clearly from the bar, great a night -- This hotel has a Starbucks in the lobby and a Corner Bakery in the same block - so breakfast is pretty easy to access.
