1. There seem to be so many good things in place here, I cannot understand how these little lapses are allowed to continue unaddressed in areas which have a big impact on the overall impression a guest takes away from their stay - especially guests who have stayed here many times and know how good the place has been in the past.

4. Firstly because the rooms are big and airy and so I always felt like I had plenty of space to unwind in the evenings.

6. They are very environmentally friendly which is a big plus in my book :) We had a one bedroom space with a sliding door separating the bedroom from the living space and the bed was just like how they put it: heavenly .

7. The breakfast in the hotel is okay, but since I'm not particularly big on cereal/pastries/muffin/yogurt breakfast, I kinda looked around a little, grab coffee and sit by the pool instead.
