1. Don't usually stay at Sleep Inns (I am a 'Hampton Inn/Hilton Garden Inn' type of guy), but I cannot imagine that this one is one of the better of this chain, even if it is newer.

2. Although this is a newer Sleep Inn, to my understanding, it is right on Broadway.
