1. The hotel staff make you wait around for over an hour when you call for a pickup and acts like you are putting them out for the ride.

6. My friend's room was fine, but my room, although it was supposed to be non-smoking (clearly marked that on the door also) smelled terribly like cigarette smoke AND even had an ashtray on the nightstand.
