1. I don't know who to blame for the loss, but ALL PRAISE AMERICAN AIRLINES - you did a great job in helping to rectify the situation - and keeping me informed along the way.

3. The Reception Desk were extremely helpful, supplying me with emergency toiletries (toothpaste, toothbrush, shaving gear, deoderant, even mouthwash) and saying that they would follow up on my lost luggage with Amercan Airlines (even took down my luggage receipt number).

4. The lady at Cincinnati Airport (in Covington, actually) was incredibly helpful, saying that she'd never totally lost anyone's luggage and that I'd definitely have it in my hotel the following day.
