8. soon: check-in and check-out was quick, when we ordered room service, it was fast and the food was hot, at CoCo Key, the lifeguards smiled as we went by, my kids had a blast and the water slides were so much fun, the mangement checked on us and asked if we needed anyting, Believe it or not, my kids even said that they liked staying here better than Great Wolf Lodge.

10. We used my Sheraton points for our stay so I can not speak to the overall cost however if better prices could be obtained via Priceline or some other way, I would suggest that.
