4. very friendly staff at the desk, clean room and bathroom the only disturbing thing is not having a digital thermostat to regulate the room temperature.

5. There was one issue I had but did not report I dropped the remote next to the night stand and found a dirty sock that did not belong to me it was gross knowing that area had not been checked to clean but other than that the room and property were clean.
