1. The lobby is very nice, but always smells like popcorn, food all over the floors of the lobby even on Sunday around 3:00pm, small piles of chips around the couches tile/carpets, you would think by 3;00 it would all be cleaned up by that time from the night before snacks.

7. There is a charge to park, which is typical of downtown hotels in larger cities, but at least the internet was free rather than ten dollars a day like most downtown city hotels.

9. I didn't hear much noise at all, though like someone else posted, there was a fair amount of people drinking, but what do you expect when people are in town for the games? There is easy access to the arena as well as the Convention Center.

10. The only unpleasant experince was a likely homeless man who ate breakfast in the dining area, and the rank smell of unwashed body and clothing could be noted many tables away, kind of ruining my appetite.
