1. The common area needed some attention: someone to clean off the tables and throw the accumulated newspapers and other junk away.

3. The carpet in the first floor entry and hallways was disgusting - looked like it was steamed cleaned about 2 days after the hotel was built and they are still waiting to clean it again (no, it really isn't 100 year Stainmaster carpet).
