1. I booked this hotel 3 months in advance of the conference I was to attend and thought I was getting a good deal based on their 21 day advanced booking promotion; but believe me; NO amount of discount could get me to stay again.

9. Now I understand that it was February but come on people, can't you heat the building to at least 50 degrees? The only good thing was that when I finally got to the room the room was not too bad.
