To rattle off the list of positives here: Incredibly friendly and helpful staff, from the valet and doormen to front desk and housekeeping; spacious room with walk-in closet, large flat screen TV, very comfortable bed, and cozy bedding; moderately priced and incredibly fast room service; good location only two blocks from the 16th Street Mall and free 'MallRide' bus/trolley service which allows you to see other parts of the city (especially helpful in the dead of winter); Starbucks just outside the front door; pleasant lobby bar with fireplace-- nice for a glass of wine at the end of the day (though a bit cold if you're not right near the fire as another reviewer pointed out); housekeeping very thorough every day.
